About Me
Kristen L. Lindinger, M.Ed., LPC, LCMHC, NCC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina with over 10+ years of experience. I have an extensive background in education, leadership, and counseling.
I primarily focus on working with adult clients with a wide range of presenting concerns. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling to adjust to significant life changes such as those due to divorce, marriage, relocation, career transitions, parenthood, etc. I also have substantial experience working with clients struggling with anxiety and depression.
Since 2010, I’ve been a trusted partner for my clients in order to help them achieve healthy and balanced personal lives and relationships. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m deeply committed to being there when you need me most—helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset. If you're ready to take a deep dive into the areas of your life that just don't feel quite "right", let's talk and see if we might be a good fit for therapy. I pride myself on creating an environment that focuses on empathy, skill building, and therapy approaches that are unique to each client's needs.
